Joe Drozd
Owner
Joe has been with EPSI since 2015 and was previously an engineer for 20 years with both Sargent and Lundy and Ameren in varying roles. Joe has an extensive educational resume with a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA all from Purdue.
His engineering and business background has helped him become a trusted source for our customers to help them flourish in outage planning and being ready for the unexpected.

Mitch Hamilton
Owner
Mitch has been with EPSI since 2015 as a regional sales manager. He has previous 12 years of experience with Louisville Gas & Electric and Big Rivers Electric as a plant engineer and maintenance planner. His hands on plant experience makes him an ideal salesperson for our wide range of power products.

Charlie Pfeil
Founder/Business Consultant
Charlie founded EPSI in 1999 with only a handful of accounts in Missouri and Illinois. His goal was to provide a thorough presence at the plant level to help facilitate a successful experience between manufacturers and customers. Under his leadership, EPSI has been able to expand its territory to most of the Midwest. While he may be stepping away, we value his many years of experience and will continue to consult with him on complex projects.
